The continuing construction of its network in answer to the new services in DSL technology, to permit high speed transmission of data and high definition numeric television.

To select and acquire telecommunications equipments for these services: a new generation switch (Softswitch); transmission and network access equipments; equipement for television and Internet signals.

Make agreements with partners for television and Internet signals.

Be in a position to offer all telecommunication and video services to more than 90% of the residents in the target territories and become the dominant enterprise in telecommunication on these territories.
