• Customer: designates the holder of an Internet account or any other user of this account, that it is used or not by the holder. The holder of the account is the only person responsible for the use of the Service and the payment of all the expenses to the Supplier.
• Agreement: designates the contract put in place between the Supplier and the Customer, giving him access to the Internet network by a connection.

The Supplier of the website is under control of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. The Customer must read them. By accessing or using this website, The Customer agrees to these terms of use, conditions and all applicable laws.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, such holding will not affect the validity of any of the other provisions of these terms and conditions. If for whatever reason, the Supplier did not fulfill one or the other of these provisions, this should not be interpreted as a renunciation of its right to do so in the future.

The Customer recognizes the jurisdiction of Quebec courts over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Web site.

The use of the Web site does not authorize in any way and prohibits any infringement with the laws and the provincial and federal legislations, in particular, with the law governing copyright and the Criminal Code.

The logos, the icons and trademarks appearing on this Web site, are the exclusive property of the Supplier when linked to its services. All the other logos, icons and trademarks belong to thirds and no provision of the Web site authorizes the use of these logos, icons and trademarks, without their written authorization.

It is strictly prohibited to transmit, to copy or modify without authorization of the trademarks contained in this Web site for it may constitute infringement of the law governing copyrights and could involve legal proceedings. The Customer can use or reproduce them for personal use and noncommercial purposes, under the explicit condition that all the agreements relating to the trademarks and copyrights are preserved in its entire.

7. Confidentiality and private information

The private information and electronic documents law on the protection of the (Canada) governs the Supplier. In this sense, it has a Protection Code for private information and it established a "Protection policy for Personal Information Protection" constituting an integral part of this Legal Statement.

When the Customer reaches this Web site, the Supplier can ask him to provide, at his discretion, personal information. If the Customer agrees to such a request, it is advisable to be limited by the terms of the "Protection policy for private life" of the Supplier.

8. Compensation

The Customer commits himself to hold unscathed the Supplier, along with each one of its administrators, managers, employees, consultants and its various representatives. The Customer shall be held responsible for whatever damages and expenses of any type as they relate to any violation by the Customer or any other user of his account of the "Rules of acceptable use of the Service" and of the "Convention of Service". The Customer shall be held responsible for whatever damages of any type might be suffered by the supplier because of non-compliance with any of the obligations implied by the present conditions. The Customer is aware of and voluntarily accepts that the use of any of the contents of this Web site occurs in all cases under his sole and exclusive responsibility.
